Hi, I’m Mallory—founder of Sweetbay Solutions. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and am a proud graduate of Washington College. My career has always been rooted in connection and service. After a decade as Vice President of my family’s concrete business, I felt called toward work that focused more on people and community.

Over the past several years, I’ve built experience as a Virtual Assistant, providing professional support for local businesses, and developed a passion for client relations and marketing. Along the way, I discovered my deep respect for healthy communication and began pursuing mediation, a path that allows me to help individuals, families, and communities find clarity and resolution.

Sweetbay Solutions grew out of these experiences—a place where I bring together my skills in organization, creativity, and communication to support others in meaningful and practical ways.
